The building itself, is part of an old Cathedral complex, where they now house art exhibitions, especially during Visa pour L’image (Aug/Sept).  The building is very Parisian in feel and is situated in the historic centre of Perpignan.  There is a square 20m from the building which has a lovely restaurant, music bar and a couple of morrocan restaurants.  It is only a couple of minutes walk from the shops and Le Trois Soeurs (a great café/bar) and many restaurants, and it is in an area which is being regenerated.
